Jeans Waist Size
There are different brands of jeans which have different sizes. Some comes in contemporary Jeans Size while others come in US Jeans style. Don't get confused as contemporary Jeans size 24 is 0 of US Size, While 0-2 US size is considered as 25 and it goes on. 25, 26 are considered as perfect waist size. If your waist size is 25 or 26 try respective jeans, an inch or size bigger then it for better comfort. Size is important factor so it is recommended to try the jeans, before buying.
When looking for a pair of jeans in a thrift store or charity shop, the clothes generally tend to be laid out by size and not by style so look for the jeans rail and then for your waist size on the hanger. Check the label inside the jeans to confirm the brand and the size of the jeans, then check the ticket to see how much the store is selling them at. As with any other store, try the jeans on before you buy to ensure that they will fit. Unfortunately if they do not fit, the store are extremely unlikely to have the same jeans in another size.
Things get a little more complicated when you start dealing with different waist sizes. It's particularly challenging when the descriptions of a pair of jeans doesn't specifically state that they are either high-rise or low-rise, so you may have to make a guess based on the picture and the sizes offered. Just assume that the listed sizes apply to regular the regular waist size unless the website states otherwise. If the lowest size is a 24, then you're most likely looking a pair of regular-waist jeans.
